My data isn't syncing

If your SENTRUM dashboard isn't showing recent data, here are the most common causes and fixes.

Check your connection status

Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and verify your Meta ad account shows a green "Connected" status.

Common causes

1. Expired access token

Meta access tokens can expire if:

You changed your Meta password
You removed SENTRUM from Meta Business Settings
The token expired after 60 days without refresh

Fix: Click Reconnect in Settings → Connected Accounts to re-authorize.

2. Account permissions changed

If your role on the ad account was changed (e.g., from Admin to Analyst), SENTRUM may lose access.

Fix: Ensure you have at least Advertiser level access to the ad account in Meta Business Manager.

3. Meta API delays

Occasionally, Meta's API experiences delays in reporting. Data is typically available within:

Real-time metrics: 15–30 minutes
Conversion data: 24–72 hours (due to Meta's attribution window)

Fix: Wait a few hours and check again. If data is still missing after 24 hours, contact support.

4. Ad account paused or disabled

If your ad account was paused, disabled, or under review by Meta, data flow may stop.

Fix: Check your ad account status in Meta Ads Manager.

Force a manual sync

Go to Settings → Connected Accounts → Sync Now to trigger a manual data refresh.
