What does "read-only Meta OAuth" mean?
Sentrum requests read-only access to your ad account data. We cannot create, edit, pause, or delete any campaigns, ads, or settings. Zero risk to your account.
How is this different from Ads Manager?
Ads Manager shows you what happened. Sentrum tells you why it happened — breaking down performance shifts into CPM, CTR, CVR, mix, and creative drivers, with actionable recommendations tied to the cause.
What are AI credits and do they expire?
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance for AI actions (Starter 400, Pro 1,500, Agency 5,000). Your included credits reset each month; any top-off credits you buy never expire.
Can I add more team members?
Starter and Pro plans include 1 seat. Agency includes 5 seats. Enterprise offers unlimited seats. Additional seats can be added to Agency for $15/seat/month.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refund within 30 days on your first subscription — one per customer; refunding ends access, and unused top-off credits come back with you (already-used ones don’t).
