Managing your subscription

You can manage your SENTRUM subscription at any time from your account settings.

Viewing your current plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see:

Your current plan and features
Next billing date
Payment method on file
Invoice history

Upgrading your plan

Click Upgrade from the billing page to move to a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading your plan

Click Change Plan and select a lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to your current plan's features until then.

Canceling your subscription

Click Cancel Subscription from the billing page. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that:

You'll lose access to diagnostic reports and AI insights
Your historical data will be retained for 30 days
You can reactivate anytime within 30 days without losing data

Updating payment method

Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method to update your card on file. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
