Understanding your first diagnostic report

Once your Meta ad account is connected and synced, SENTRUM generates your first diagnostic report automatically. Here's what to expect.

Report overview

Your diagnostic report includes:

KPI Summary Cards — Top-level metrics (Spend, CPA, ROAS, CPM) with period-over-period changes
Live Flags — Automated alerts highlighting what needs attention
Performance Trends — Visual charts showing metric movement over time
Why Behind Changes — AI-generated explanations for significant metric shifts

Reading the KPI cards

Each KPI card shows:

The current value for the selected period
The percentage change vs. the prior period
Color coding: green = improving, orange = declining (relative to your objective)

Understanding Live Flags

Flags are prioritized by impact:

🔴 Critical — Immediate attention needed (e.g., CPA spiked 30%+)
🟡 Warning — Trending in wrong direction (e.g., frequency climbing)
🟢 Positive — Things going well (e.g., ROAS improved)
🔵 Info — Context worth noting (e.g., budget change detected)

The "Why" section

This is what makes SENTRUM different. Instead of just showing *what* changed, we explain *why* it changed — correlating budget shifts, creative fatigue, audience saturation, and more.
