How SENTRUM connects to Meta
SENTRUM uses Meta's official Marketing API with OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely access your ad performance data.
The connection process
1. OAuth Authorization — You log into Meta and grant SENTRUM read-only access
2. Token Exchange — Meta issues a secure access token (we never see your password)
3. Data Sync — SENTRUM pulls performance data via Meta's Marketing API
4. Ongoing Updates — Data refreshes automatically based on your reporting cadence

SENTRUM requests the minimum permissions needed:
ads_read — View campaign structure and settingsread_insights — Access performance metrics and reporting dataWe cannot and do not:

Revoking access
To disconnect SENTRUM:
1. Go to Meta Business Settings → Integrations
2. Find SENTRUM and click Remove
3. Or disconnect from within SENTRUM at Settings → Connected Accounts
Your data in SENTRUM will be retained for 30 days after disconnection, then permanently deleted.
