By accessing or using SENTRUM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SENTRUM is a Meta advertising analytics platform that provides performance diagnostics, insights, and reporting. The Service connects to your Meta advertising account via read-only OAuth access to analyze campaign performance data.

3. Account Registration

To use SENTRUM, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be authorized to connect the Meta advertising accounts you link
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Meta Account Connection

When you connect your Meta advertising account to SENTRUM:

You authorize us to access your advertising data in read-only mode
You confirm you have the authority to grant this access
You understand we cannot modify your campaigns, budgets, or ads
You can disconnect your account at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Share your account credentials with third parties
Use the Service to collect data about other users
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Subscription and Billing

SENTRUM offers subscription plans with the following terms:

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided at our discretion
All paid plans include unlimited AI-powered insights

7. AI-Generated Content

SENTRUM uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, and reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before making business decisions. We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SENTRUM and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your advertising data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SENTRUM, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTRUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SENTRUM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data per our Data Deletion policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
