How to request deletion of your data

Your Data Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and advertising data stored in SENTRUM at any time. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.

What Data We Store

When you use SENTRUM, we store:

  • Account data: Email, name, workspace settings
  • OAuth tokens: Encrypted Meta access tokens
  • Advertising data: Campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics synced from Meta
  • Generated insights: AI-generated analyses and reports
  • Usage logs: Feature usage and interaction data

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your SENTRUM account
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

This immediately disconnects your Meta account and queues all data for deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@sentrum.app with:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your workspace name (if applicable)

Option 3: Meta Privacy Settings

You can also revoke SENTRUM's access from Meta directly:

  1. Go to Meta Business Integrations
  2. Find SENTRUM in the list
  3. Click "Remove"

This revokes our access. To also delete stored data, please use Option 1 or 2.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
  • All synced advertising data will be removed from our systems
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled (no refund for partial periods)
  • You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records (for tax and accounting purposes)
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data
  • Records required for legal compliance
