Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Introduction
SENTRUM ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Meta advertising analytics platform.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Name (optional)
- Password (encrypted)
- Workspace name and settings
2.2 Meta Advertising Data
When you connect your Meta account via OAuth, we read advertising data to power diagnostics, including:
- Campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics
- Spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion data
- Audience and placement breakdowns
- Creative asset metadata and thumbnail previews (not your original creative files)
When you approve a recommendation, and where write features are enabled, we apply only the specific change you approve via the Meta Marketing API: a status change (pause or resume) to a campaign, ad set, or ad; a schedule change (end date) to a campaign or ad set; or the creation of a new ad as a draft, which is always created in a paused state and does not deliver unless you launch it. We do not and cannot change budgets, bids, or bid caps, and we do not publish content — a draft ad stays paused until you act on it. Every change requires your explicit per-action approval and is logged; status and schedule changes are reversible.
Meta Platform Data & Limited Use: SENTRUM's use and transfer of information received from the Meta Marketing API and other Meta APIs adheres to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the Limited Use requirements. We read this data solely to provide and improve SENTRUM's diagnostic, analytics, and reporting features for you, the account owner, and only write the specific changes you explicitly approve (status, schedule, or paused draft ads), as described above. We do not sell Meta data, use it to power advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it for any purpose not described in this policy.
2.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use SENTRUM, including browser type, device information, pages visited, and feature usage patterns.

4. Data Storage and Security
Your advertising data is stored securely in PostgreSQL, hosted on Neon, with the following protections:
- Data is isolated by workspace — you cannot access another user's data
- All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
- OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely
- We use industry-standard security practices

6. Data Retention
We retain your advertising data for as long as your account is active. Historical data is kept to enable period-over-period analysis. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.
